The wiki to collaboratively create and share game accessibility resources!

There are multiple ways to find content on the wiki.

Use the search box at the top of each page to perform a search. If you type in something like "blind", the search will return all pages that contain the word "blind", as well as any pages that are tagged with the Blind category, if one exists.
There are dynamic lists on this page of the top ten most viewed, newest, and recently edited pages that update every hour.
As previously mentioned, users can tag pages with categories, and the categories will show up as links at the bottom of that page. A specific category link can be clicked on to view all the pages that belong to that category. If you are using a mobile skin like Minerva, the categories will not be visible at the bottom of the page.

Before you create or edit pages, please consult the style guide for our posting guidelines and tutorial. We also recommend checking out this [Media Wiki Syntax guide] to learn how to format pages.

To create a page, simply type the URL of the page you want to create. For example, if you wanted to create a page about racing games, you would type
accessiblegaming.wiki/Racing games
If the page exists, it will load that page. If the page does not exist, there will be a link on the page that will let you create it.

The easiest way to edit a page is by adding
?action=edit
to the end of any page on the wiki. This will allow you to view the entire source for the page in a single field. There is also a visual editor to switch to if that's what you prefer.
Depending on the skin you are using, there will be links to edit by each heading on a page that will allow you to edit by section, instead of the entire page.
Important: Please use the preview function when editing to avoid too many edits in the log files.

Increased user authentication requirements when creating an email. Users must now have a verified email if they would like to create and edit pages. If this is a concern to you, please check out our privacy policy, but in short we will not use your email for anything other than password resets, user authentication, and notifications for watched pages if you have them on.
Increased the variety of security questions. Take that bots!

Made the default skin for the wiki Vector. If you use a screen reader, you may prefer Minerva Neue.

Enabled account email verification and password resetting.
Allowed the ability to upload text and audio files (restricted to only admins for now).
Enabled the use of the visual editor.
